How to Apply

Our focus is to bring lasting change to a community by providing home improvements and safety and wellness enhancements for low-income homeowners in need. All of the repairs are completed by skilled and unskilled volunteers at no cost to the homeowner.

Richmond:
2019 Target Community: Highland Park Neighborhood

  • National Rebuilding Day: Saturday, April 27, 2019
  • Year-Round Partner Build and Special Projects

Tri-Cities:
Current Service Area: City of Hopewell/Petersburg

  • Fall Fix-Up Day: Saturday, October 20th, 2018
  • Year-Round Partner Build and Special Projects

In addition, we serve homeowners in Chesterfield County and Henrico County on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the office for more information.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must live in the service area/targeted community specified
  • Must own the home that you live in
  • Must be considered “low-income” – earning less than 80 percent of Richmond’s area medium income (AMI)
